Extended Description:
The three bedrooms sleep up to six guests comfortably. The first bedroom is a queen, the second a king which can be split into two king singles and the third has two singles. The fitted bathroom has a separate shower and heated towel rail. The cottage has two living areas, the first with the TV and DVD player and the second is the dining area and has a stereo with CD players - CD's included. This room leads out onto the deck which over looks the garden and views and has a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. The delightful garden is dog and children friendly being entirely fenced. It has fruit trees, raspberry bushes and a vegetable patch and we encourage our guests to help yourselves to all the fresh produce. The "boat shed" is our gazebo and is the ideal spot to sit outside with a glass of local wine, soak in the views and breath in the peace and quiet. Pioneer Cottage is situated in the heart of historic New Norfolk with its six antique shops and the oldest church in Australia and is an ideal base for all the surrounding activities with Hobart being just a 30 minute drive away.
