Claremont Golf and Bowls Clubs are both only a couple of kilometres away. Public transport is easily accessed and shops are less than half a kilometre away. A Woolworths-Safeway Shopping Centre is one kilometre away. All main rooms have wonderful views of the Derwent River and Mount Wellington.
