The safe swimming beach is only metres away by a private path to the designated crossing for the Historical Cockle Steam Train (which runs on Sundays and during school holidays).
During your stay you can enjoy swimming, watching the whales or yacht regattas from the balcony, boating, fishing, golf (three excellent courses nearby), wine tasting, restaurants and shopping, all minutes from your door.

Breathtaker sets new standards in beach house holidays with everything you would expect.
Firstly, there are the fantastic sea views of Granite Island to Port Elliot from every room on the first floor including the lounge, dining, kitchen, master bedroom and even the spa in the upstairs bathroom!
Breathtaker is 50 squares in size, so it is very spacious and it is fitted with luxurious appointments.
There are four generous bedrooms (all quality linen supplied). The master suite upstairs has a queen sized bed, full sized bathroom with spa and walk in robe.
The other three bedrooms are on the ground floor. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and is a private retreat as it has its own comfortable chairs, TV and Video player.
The third bedroom has two single beds and another has four single beds. To accommodate up to four couples we can also convert two of the single beds in the third and fourth bedrooms into luxurious king sized beds.
All of our beds are quality ensembles, (mattress and base), there are NO bunk beds at Breathtaker.
There is also a port a cot for the little one in your family.
There is fully ducted R/C air conditioning for your year round comfort.
Breathtaker has a fully equipped kitchen with Miele dishwasher and filtered water on tap.
There are two huge bathrooms (both with double showers and the main with spa), under cover balcony dining with gourmet hooded Weber BBQ, large laundry and secure fully tiled garage UMR.
For our guests to enjoy we provide a billiard table, two TVs, two Video players, a DVD player, video library of 50 videos (including titles for children through to adult movies), a BBQ, outdoor furniture and a table soccer table.
Relax on your last day, our staff take care of the cleaning, ensuring spotless presentation at all times.
