Getting Around Townsville

The weather in Townsville QLD is very tropical.  The wet season lasts from November to May with December, January, and February being the wettest.  Make no mistake about it, it rains very hard during this season with monsoon rains, but the weather is warm and balmy making the times when it doesn't rain almost picture perfect.  It is rather humid during the summer, but the rain usually makes quick work of that.  The dry season is from June through October where the average temperature is a high of 25 to 29 degrees Celsius.
