• Boat hire - Boats can be hired from Pelican marina (3.5km) or Squid's at Belmont South (6km). For the kids there are canoes and paddle bikes for hire at Warners Bay (15.5km).
• Cycle/Walking paths & tracks - There are walking paths in the area that start at your front door. You can head for the beach or stroll along the edge of the lake.  If you are after adventure there is an abundance of native bush in the area to be explored.
• Beaches - Blacksmiths (2km), Caves Beach (3km)
• Fishing - Outside your front door is a jetty where you can throw in a line. (temporary fishing licences are available from the Dive shop downstairs. Pensioners and children under 16 do not require a fishing licence). There are numerous fishing spots around the lakes edge or you can hire a boat and head for deep water. • Scuba Diving - The Dive shop is located two doors up from the Paris Apartments. Contact them for Scuba Diving information.
• Golf - The Paris Apartments are located approximately (4km) from Belmont Golf Course

• Supermarket - Coles supermarket is located in Swansea's CBD (easy walk from the Paris Apartments)
• Restaurants - Various restaurants and coffee shops in Swansea's CBD (easy walk from the Paris Apartments)
• The Caves - is a very popular restaurant at nearby Caves Beach(3km). Join the locals and have a ball.
• Take away - Domino's Pizza(located downstairs), McDonald's (1km). Many other take away options at Belmont(6.5km)
