Exterior Description:
This is not a modern resort, when you step in the door you step back in time although many modern conveniences include:-
Bathroom with continuous hot water,shower and romantic clawfoot bathtub plus underfloorheating.
There is a separate toilet room with eco friendly water less toilet (this does not mean you have to venture out the house - the toilet is located just off the laundry)
Fully equipped kitchen contains fridge/dishwasher/microwave and large English electric double oven with 5 burner gas cooktop and plenty of crockery/utensils to cook up a storm.
At the heart of the house is a huge open fire, an essential ingredient along with a glass of good wine on cold winter nights it is surrounded by stone and old timber posts which give it real character (this is a modern version of an open fire is very efficient at heating the house).
A large gas heater is also located in the lounge.
Open plan lounge,dining (country table seats 6 people) and kitchen make for perfect entertaining.
Open plan lounge, both bedrooms, outdoor entertaining area and wrap around porch all have magnificent views of the Blue Mountains.
